This is a secure site. All credit card transactions on our site are secured by encryption during the checkout process and can not be intercepted or stolen. It is much more likely that your card number will be stolen off credit card statements you throw in the trash. However if you're still uneasy about online ordering, you can always order by calling, faxing or mail.

We do not offer catalogs. We are adding new products so often that it would not be feasible to print a catalog. If you have a specific question or there is something you would like to see us carry please feel free to e-mail us.

Please, allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. All in stock orders should arrive within 6-14 BUSINESS days. Shipping charges in the United States are determined by the order amount.

Shipping to Different Address
If you would like your package shipped to an address other than the address your credit card statement goes to, we require additional information. You MUST have the phone number of the billing address on the order form. There is a good chance we will call to confirm your order. If the phone number does not match the phone number you have on file with your credit card company, or it does not match the phone number in the phone book, you will be required to fax us a copy of your actual credit card, the 3 digit number on the back of your credit card and your signature. Please understand we do this to protect our customers against fraudulent transactions.

We no longer take International orders through our website.

Backorders and out of stock merchandise
In the event that a product you order is on backorder you will be notified by e-mail or if only part of your order is on back order you will receive a letter with that part of your order. We will try and notify you of the approximate delivery date. If you do not respond to our e-mail notification or letter, we will consider your order to be valid and we will ship your backordered items as soon as they arrive.

Return Policy
No sale is Final. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or refund the purchase price. You may request a refund up to 30 days after you receive your order. To return an item, you must first call or email us. We will reply with information as to how and where to return the item. Please note that you must pay shipping and handling when returning merchandise to us. Sorry shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. We recommend that you send your return insured. We are not responsible for lost returns. When returning an item, if you use the United States Postal Service Priority Mail, they will provide a box for free.

Lost or Stolen items
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If there is a problem, we will provide proof that it was delivered.

Order Confirmation
All orders submitted online using credit card are immediately confirmed via email. You will be e-mailed an invoice of your purchase.

Damaged Shipments
We make every effort to prevent shipping damage, however, please keep the original shipping carton. If there appears to be shipping damage, please call or email us immediately. We will generally defer to our return policy on damaged goods.

Sales Tax
We charge required local and state taxes for Michigan. The appropriate amount will be applied to your order when it is totaled by our computer system.
